What Bosun does

Bosun carries out marketing and outreach actions for a business, according to an operating plan that the business owner approves. It acts through accounts the owner connects and can take actions on those accounts within the limits the owner sets.

Your responsibilities

• You must own the business accounts you connect, or be authorised to act for them.
• You are responsible for the operating plan you approve and for the content published under your business's name.
• You must not use Bosun to send unsolicited bulk email, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, or for anything unlawful.
• You must comply with the terms of the platforms you connect, including Google's and Meta's.

Approval and automation

Bosun performs some actions without asking each time, according to the oversight settings you choose. Actions involving money or that cannot be undone always require your approval. You are responsible for the settings you select and can change or withdraw them at any time.

Availability

Bosun is in active development. It is provided as is, without warranty. Scheduled work may be delayed or missed, and connected platforms may reject or remove content for reasons outside Bosun's control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bosun is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost revenue, arising from use of the service.

Ending use

You may stop using Bosun at any time by revoking its access from your Google or Meta account settings, or by requesting deletion at boyarkinoo@gmail.com.
